Flower Pot Inn Warmley Hill

On the 5th October 1888 Charles Henry Langmead sold the Flower Pot to The Bristol Brewery Georges & Co. Limited, for the sum of £1400 (freehold). What follows is a schedule of documents relating to these premises.

1795 December 22nd.	Indenture between Thomas Jefferis of the one part and Samuel Jefferis of the other part. Assignment.
1809 August 11th.	Indenture between Samuel Whittuck of the one part and Samuel Jefferis of the other part. Lease and counterpart.
1813 August 31st.	Indenture between Charles Emett and William Boult of the one part and John Bridges of the other part. Assignment.
1814 October 1st.	Indenture between Sir James Graham (Bart), Thomas Gardiner Bramston and Benjamin Handley of the first part, Susannah Houblon and Charlotte Piggot of the second part and Nathaniel Williams of the third part. Release.
1819 March 25th.	Indenture between Samuel Whittuck of the one part and Nathaniel Williams of the other part. Lease and couterpart.
1819 March 27th.	Agreement for purchase.
1821 September 4th.	Probate of will of Nathaniel Williams.
