In the Matter of Proceedings for Liquidation by Arrangement or Composition with Creditors, instituted by Robert Caines, late of Potters’ Arms, Brougham street, in the parish of Saint Philip and Jacob, but now of the Wellington Arms, Wellington-road, in the parish of Saint Paul, both in the city and county of Bristol, Beer Retailer.
Notice is hereby given, that a First General Meeting of the creditors of the above-named person has been summoned to be held at the offices of Mr. S. P. Parker, Saint Nicholas-chambers, Nicholas-street, Bristol, on the 15th day of May, 1875, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon precisely.–Dated this 5th day of May, 1875.
